Product & Project Terms
All cabinetry, moldings, panels, accessories, and sample doors are ordered specifically to match your project details. Website images and samples are for general reference only; actual materials, grain patterns, and finishes may vary from what you see on-screen or in hand.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery cost, including any shipping or special handling charges, is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.
It is your responsibility to review and approve all order details, layouts, and product selections before completing payment.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Because cabinetry, accessories, moldings, panels, and sample doors are ordered for each customer's selections, all sales are final once processing or fulfillment begins. Customers may request cancellation promptly before processing begins by calling (707) 502-2382 or emailing HumboldtCabinetry@gmail.com; approval is not guaranteed. If approved before processing, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping, delivery, special handling, and design fees are non-refundable once incurred. Installed, modified, or used items are not returnable.
Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Items
Inspect deliveries promptly, keep all packaging, photograph the issue, and contact Humboldt Custom Cabinetry within 48 hours. Do not install damaged, defective, or incorrect items. After validation, Humboldt Custom Cabinetry will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Applicable product warranty coverage is governed by the written warranty terms provided with the product. Warranty terms, coverage, and duration may vary by product type, and those written warranty terms control. Humboldt Custom Cabinetry does not change or extend those written warranty terms but can help customers with questions and assist with warranty claims where possible.
