Product & Project Terms

Order availability, finishes, pricing, and lead times remain subject to supplier confirmation. RTA cabinets typically ship within 2 days and arrive within about a week. Assembled cabinets typically ship within 2 weeks and arrive 1–2 weeks later. These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and cabinetry ships directly from the applicable manufacturer or supplier.

Liability Disclaimer

Humboldt Custom Cabinetry provides expert design recommendations and product distribution. While we strive for absolute precision, clients are responsible for final verification of all measurements and site conditions. We are not liable for installation services provided by third-party installers or issues arising from site preparations handled by others. Please be aware that product availability is subject to manufacturer supply chains. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish are inherent to premium wood products and do not constitute defects. Clients maintain responsibility for providing accurate site access and ensuring that design plans meet their specific spatial requirements.

Manufacturer & Installation Warranties

Humboldt Custom Cabinetry sells cabinetry sourced from independent manufacturers and suppliers. Product warranties, if available, are provided under the applicable manufacturer’s written terms. We can help customers submit warranty questions or claims, but approval and coverage decisions remain with the manufacturer or supplier. Installation services are provided separately through Humboldt Renovation & Design and are governed by the written installation agreement for that project.

Any design plans, technical drawings, and 3D renderings provided during the consultation process are for the exclusive use of the specific project intended and remain the intellectual property of Humboldt Custom Cabinetry until fully paid for and licensed. These renderings are intended for visualization purposes and may vary slightly from the final physical installation. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our architectural design plans is strictly prohibited.
